Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years delivering embedded hardware in complex products.
• System-level ownership: architecture, partitioning, interfaces, integration across boards.
• Strong fundamentals in mixed-signal embedded systems (analog + digital + power).
• Experience with external design partners/suppliers; drive technical accountability without direct authority.
• Knowledge of DFX: DFM/DFA/DFT, testability, manufacturing robustness.

Responsibilities

• Define electrical architecture for complex multi-board embedded systems and lead design reviews.
• Partner with external developers, PCBA manufacturers, and test strategy teams.
• Collaborate with firmware/software teams for embedded platform integration (Linux Yocto, Cortex-A SoCs/SoMs, MCU/FPGA).
• Drive interfaces (SPI/I2C/UART/Ethernet/USB/CSI/LVDS/MIPI) and reliability/diagnostics for regulated medical environments.
• Provide mentorship and technical direction to electrical and systems engineers.
• Occasional sustaining support for on-market products and field issues.
