Mach Industries, founded in 2022, is a defense tech company delivering autonomous platforms for national security. The Sr Embedded Software Engineer - Radar & DSP will lead radar software efforts across development stages, optimising real-time RF sensing for mission-critical platforms.

You will design and implement embedded radar software in C++, Python, or C, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and low latency in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software or RF/radar engineering.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, or C with clean, well-tested code.
• On-site in Huntington Beach, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement radar software for RF sensing technologies with high performance and reliability.
• Build next generation counter-UAV systems through radar defenses to protect people and assets.
• Design and implement efficient, well-tested code in C++, Python or C.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure hardware-software integration.
• Develop signal processing algorithms for real-time RF sensing with low latency.
• Participate in agile workflows, communicating risks and trade-offs clearly.
• Troubleshoot and refine complex systems to maintain mission-critical reliability.
