Job summary

You'll lead architecture discussions, deep debugging, and validation across in‑vehicle and supplier environments, ensuring reliability in real‑world operation and collaborating with teams to ship robust software.

Qualifications

• BS in CS/CE or related field with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong C++ in embedded or systems environments.
• Experience with automotive embedded systems.
• Familiarity with CAN and vehicle communications.
• Experience translating requirements into software architecture.
• Ability to work with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of technical solutions for current and major programs, including requirements, design, and test strategy.
• Drive software anomaly investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action, and verification.
• Perform design analysis and trade‑offs across functionality, quality, and safety.
• Develop embedded C++ software on telematics units, including safety‑critical components.
• Debug software and system behavior in vehicle, lab, and integration environments.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve field or integration issues end‑to‑end.
• Promote best practices across the development community.
• Serve as SME for a platform area or subsystem.
• Support architecture reviews and system direction.
