Job summary

CheckVideo is seeking an experienced Sr. Embedded Software Engineer in Falls Church, VA for a hybrid role (4 in-office days).

You will architect, design, develop and test our embedded software assets, in a Linux environment, with source control and deployment pipelines. You will gain expertise in board design, BSP, SoC and peripheral firmware and maintain secure production software to meet performance demands.

Qualifications

• 10+ years firmware experience on Embedded Linux stacks.
• Proficient in C, C++, Python, Go, Rust, Shell scripting.
• Experience with video/audio encoding and streaming.
• Familiar with SDLC and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test & deploy embedded software.
