Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years firmware development for Embedded Linux stacks.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Python, Go, Rust, and shell scripting.
• Experience with video/audio encoding and streaming; AI training & inference.
• Experience with SDLC and source control ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy embedded software.
• Develop in Linux with source control and deployment pipelines.
• Gain expertise in board design, BSP, SoC and peripheral firmware.
• Maintain and update secure production software.
• Scale and tune software for performance under load.
• Follow SDLC best practices for scalability, reliability, and observability.
