Job summary

The candidate will collaborate with hardware and software teams to optimize pipelines, ensure robustness and security, and support clinical studies and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s plus 6 years or Master’s plus 4 years in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years industry experience developing embedded systems, multimedia software, or video technology.
• Experience with embedded Linux development and multimedia frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop software for real-time video capture from camera sensors and streaming on embedded Linux.
• Optimize high-bandwidth 4K video transport over PCIe, Ethernet, fiber or custom interconnects.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate GPU and FPGA acceleration for video workloads.
• Ensure robustness, security, and synchronization across video pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop specs and evaluate design trade-offs for platform software.
• Support clinical studies and participate in product demonstrations.
• Engage in design, verification, validation, and transfer to manufacturing.
