Job summary

• Proven experience in email production, execution, and operational delivery in a complex environment.
• Deep hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including AMPscript and HTML for email development, execution, and troubleshooting.
• Strong project management and relationship skills to influence across large cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end email production, including build, setup, testing, quality assurance, and deployment.
• Partner cross functionally with stakeholders, technology teams, compliance, analytics, creative agencies, and email vendors.
• Manage production timelines and dependencies, ensuring on-time deliverables.
• Coordinate and execute comprehensive email testing across teams for content, targeting, and compliance.
• Develop, modify, and maintain email assets using HTML and dynamic content logic as needed.
• Enforce production standards, best practices, and quality controls to minimize defects.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and processes for efficiency.
