Job summary

Google Operations Center in the United States seeks a Program Management Senior Specialist to coordinate email marketing campaigns across PMMs, production, and data teams, ensuring campaigns are well defined, on time, and meet quality standards.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into effective email strategies, manage offshore production, and drive continuous improvements through QA and post‑launch analysis. This role offers growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in project management across multiple teams.
• 2–3 years managing high‑complexity email campaigns and interdependent workflows.
• Advanced proficiency with Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and QA processes for troubleshooting.
• Strong client handling, strategic advisory, and data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PMMs in campaign ideation, intake documents, and feasibility.
• Manage campaign development and deployment with offshore production teams.
• Coordinate data requirements with Data Specialists and HTML/production teams.
• Conduct QA reviews and approve simulations, proofs, and prototypes.
• Monitor campaign health in Gamma and internal tools, and report progress.
• Lead post‑launch analyses to derive insights and drive improvements.
