Coderio is hiring a Senior Elixir Developer to design, build, and maintain distributed, fault-tolerant backend systems. You will work across product and DevOps teams to deliver high-concurrency services using BEAM, OTP, Phoenix, and GraphQL/REST APIs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of backend experience, deep Elixir ecosystem knowledge, and a track record of scalable architectures. This is a 100% remote role open to US-based professionals.

Competenze

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in Backend Development.
• At least 3+ years of active Elixir experience.
• Proficiency in Phoenix, Ecto, and OTP.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Ecto mapping.
• Design and integration of REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with microservice architectures, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and scale backend applications and microservices using Elixir and Phoenix.
• Architect distributed systems leveraging BEAM, OTP (GenServer, Supervisors, Tasks).
• Design, build, and integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Optimize database queries and schemas with PostgreSQL and Ecto.
• Enforce code quality with tests and reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, DevOps, and frontend developers in an agile environment.
• Participate in architectural discussions and establish engineering best practices.
