Coderio is seeking a backend engineer to design distributed, fault-tolerant systems using Elixir and Phoenix. You will drive architectural decisions, build robust APIs, and optimize data models with Ecto/PostgreSQL while maintaining strong testing discipline.

The role emphasizes an engineering-first culture with autonomy, remote-first collaboration, and clear opportunities for leadership and growth. This is a long-term remote position within the United States.
