Job summary

The Center for Orthopedic and Research E is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to lead the integration platform, designing a fault-tolerant, distributed system that enables asynchronous communication across enterprise apps.

You will partner with the CTO and engineering leaders to define architectural direction, set integration standards, and deliver production-grade systems that support growth and change in healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years in software development with HIPAA Security experience.
• Experience building distributed systems in production.
• Ability to define integration patterns and platform interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own fault-tolerant integration platform enabling asynchronous communication across enterprise systems.
• Establish core infrastructure to modernize components without disrupting the broader ecosystem.
• Develop shared services for reliability, observability, and resilience across platforms.
• Define and enforce system boundaries and interface contracts.
