Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associates Degree and 4 years analysing and troubleshooting electrical circuits.
• Experience with reworking small-size components (0201/0402) and fine-pitch BGAs.
• Ability to read schematics and layouts and use CAD tools for verification.

Responsibilities

• Rework circuits including 0201 and 0402 parts and fine-pitch BGAs.
• Test for product certification and validate hardware.
• Analyze and troubleshoot defect units and document findings.
• Handle sample requests, purchase orders, and internal MSI requests.
• Read schematics/layouts and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
