Collins Aerospace in Cedar Rapids is seeking an Electronics Technician to support engineering by testing, troubleshooting and documenting electronic equipment and processes. You will work with prototypes and first article hardware to contribute to innovative aerospace products.

The role requires a HS diploma or AA/AS with 4 years of relevant experience and experience with soldering, wiring and test equipment. This is an onsite role with a rich benefits package.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or AA/AS with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of soldering, cable building, or circuit board building.

Responsibilities

• Constructs, calibrates, tests, maintains and troubleshoots electronic equipment from schematics.
• Sets up and operates standard or special test equipment.
• Analyses and records test data for engineering prototype equipment.
• Documents all testing procedures and results.
• Supports engineers with development of new processes or products.
