Triumph Group is seeking an FAA Repairman to oversee, direct, and approve repair-station work, mentor staff, and ensure safety and quality. You will assign tasks, verify compliance, inspect parts per IPC-A-610, and manage process documentation while coordinating with management.

Requirements include 5+ years as an aerospace technician, A&P or Repairman certification, ability to read drawings and manuals, and a 4-year technical degree is a plus.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience as a technician in aerospace manufacturing or commercial aircraft.
• A&P or Repairman Certificate experience for specialized inspection authority.
• Capable of interpreting drawings, blueprints, service bulletins, ads, and other related documents.
• A 4-year technical degree is a plus.
• Must be familiar with FAR Parts certifications and airworthiness standards.
• Must be familiar with ATA Spec 100 for technical manuals.

Mansioni

• Ensure parts/components removed from a repair station unit are routed to the correct assembly cell with a valid service and operation number and clearly identified work scope.
• Inspect parts and components by reviewing work cards, inspection scope and IPC-A-610 requirements.
• Use proper, approved technical data and ensure it is accessible to staff.
• Oversee the work of staff and ensure proper execution of tasks.
• Manage tags on repairable/condemned parts and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor quality and safety, and train staff as needed.
• Provide estimates for out-of-scope work and obtain customer approvals.
• Interface with management and other departments to coordinate work and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable FARs during daily duties.
• Schedule and assign work, oversee non-destructive testing as required.
