Job summary

Triumph Systems, Electronics and Controls in West Hartford, CT, seeks an Electronic Technician to support production and test of advanced electronic engine control products. You will troubleshoot down to the component level and collaborate with engineering and quality teams.

The role requires an associate degree and 5+ years of troubleshooting experience, with strong analog/digital circuitry skills and proficiency with lab equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electronic product troubleshooting experience.
• Strong background in analog and digital circuitry.
• Understanding of microprocessor based control systems.
• Familiar with electronic theorems, laws, and equations.
• Methodical troubleshooting approach.
• Team player with cross functional collaboration.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronic hardware and perform production testing to the component level.
• Document test results data and identify trends.
• Work with Engineering to execute root cause corrective actions.
• Read and interpret schematic diagrams and PCB layouts.
• Utilize standard laboratory equipment (soldering irons, DVM, power supplies, oscilloscopes, meters).
