Job summary

Triumph Integrated Systems is seeking an FAA Repairman to lead a repair station team, ensuring quality control, proper documentation, and regulatory compliance for aerospace components. The role requires interpreting complex manuals, coordinating scheduling, and mentoring technicians.

Responsibilities include managing non-routine estimates, approving work, and maintaining safety standards while complying with FARs and ATA specs.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting drawings, blueprints, service bulletins and related documents.
• Familiarity with FAR Parts and ATA Spec 100 for manuals.
• Ability to interpret Component Maintenance Manuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct repair station work and staff performance.
• Ensure proper data, tags, and documentation for all parts.
• Mentor staff and ensure use of approved procedures and tools.
• Provide timely estimates for out-of-scope work and obtain customer approval.
• Manage process documentation and respond to CMM amendments.
• Ensure safety programs are followed and regulatory compliance maintained.
