Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electronics Technician 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. You will support field office operations, install and maintain electronic security services, and program access control, intrusion detection and CCTV systems across multiple locations.

The role requires Top Secret clearance eligibility, 100% travel, night shift weekends, and strong teamwork with multidisciplinary teams. A HS diploma plus electronics training or apprenticeship is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years electronics installation/maintenance across multiple systems.
• 3+ years focused on electronic security systems.
• Strong oral, written, presentation skills.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent time-management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Support field office operations and perform system maintenance.
• Install and sustain head‑end equipment per design packages.
• Program head‑end equipment for access control, IDS, and CCTV.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues locally and globally.
• Provide on‑site software commissioning and testing.
