Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electronics Technician 4 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

You will install and maintain electronic security systems, lead field teams on large projects, and support software commissioning and testing across local and global sites. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in electronics installation/maintenance, with 3+ years in security systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Military Electronics Training (720 classroom hours) or Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program.
• An additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities
• Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance to our policy.
• Requires a Valid driver's license; may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electronic security systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance requirements and inspections.
• Lead on-site software commissioning and testing.
• Lead inspections, evaluations, and inventory; manage RFIs.
• Document daily reports and project progress.
• Create and manage project schedules; integrate IDS, ACS and CCTV systems.
• Mentor technicians and communicate issues to management.
