Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement and development, or design of electronics.
• Ability to travel 10-25% for vendor on-site visits; ability to obtain/maintain U.S. secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical BOMs and supplier risk assessments across product lines.
• Identify and mitigate supply-chain lead-time risks for PCBA components.
• Ensure scalable electronics sourcing strategy as product lines scale to production.
• Conduct supplier selection and manage the approved supplier list.
• Collaborate with suppliers and design engineering to resolve technical inquiries.
• Work with quality to ensure AS9100 compliance for production electronics builds.
• Coordinate with PLM and ERP data transmission for releases.
