Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in purchasing, procurement, material planning, production planning, supply chain management, or engineering; OR 5+ years in purchasing in lieu of a degree.
• Experience leading sourcing, RFx, and cost-management initiatives for hardware in a high-velocity environment.

Responsabilidades

• Direct suppliers to develop sourcing and cost-management strategies for existing platforms and new product development.
• Aggregate demand for hardware to support Starshield satellite constellation and provide accurate signals for rate planning.
• Act as supplier interface for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs; run RFx processes and implement sourcing decisions.
• Manage costs to align with program budgets and develop should-cost models for competitive analysis.
• Ensure prototype builds are supported with necessary equipment and materials.
• Drive process improvements with suppliers to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Present value propositions to executives regarding contracts, cost reviews, and supply issues.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships and performance data tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement and production readiness.
