Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in purchasing, procurement, planning, or supply chain; or 5+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience developing sourcing and cost-management strategies for hardware platforms.
• Ability to manage RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and RFx processes with internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with suppliers to develop sourcing and cost-management strategies.
• Aggregate demand data to provide accurate demand signals for Starshield hardware.
• Serve as the supplier interface for RFIs, RFPs, RFQs.
• Coordinate RFx processes and evaluate results to inform sourcing decisions.
• Manage costs to align with program budgets and timelines.
• Develop should-cost models for competitive cost analysis.
• Ensure suppliers support prototype builds and production ramp-up.
• Drive process improvements and cost-saving programs with suppliers.
• Present value propositions to SpaceX executives on contracts and costs.
• Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships and performance data.
