Job summary

Connectly Recruiting seeks an experienced Electronics Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and analyze returned electronic products. You will work with product teams on root-cause analysis and test-system development while mentoring junior technicians.

Responsibilities include soldering fine-pitch SMT and through-hole PCB assemblies, developing automated test systems, and documenting troubleshooting protocols. Requires 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or military electronics training or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in component-level troubleshooting and repair of electronics.
• Experience soldering fine-pitch SMT and through-hole PCB assemblies.
• Experience with microprocessor- and microcontroller-based products.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot failures and perform root-cause analysis on returned electronics.
• Perform component-level repairs on returned devices.
• Collect repair data and maintain a repair database.
• Mentor less experienced technicians.
