Job summary

Acloché LLC seeks an Electronics Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and analyze electronic products returned from customer facilities, while contributing to root-cause analysis and test-system development. You will mentor less experienced technicians and collaborate with product development teams to drive improvements.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree or military electronics training, 5+ years of hands-on repair experience, and proficiency with oscilloscopes and multimeters.

Qualifications

Associate degree or military electronics training or equivalent experience.
5+ years of component-level troubleshooting and repair experience on electronic products.
Soldering experience with fine-pitch SMT and through-hole PCB assemblies.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot failures and perform root-cause analysis on returned electronics.
Perform component-level repairs on returned devices.
Collect repair data and maintain a repair database.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
Assist with design, construction, and maintenance of test fixtures and systems.
