Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking experienced technicians to repair complex electronic and mechanical equipment at the component level and travel to customer sites as needed. The role includes fixture design, warranty/root-cause analysis, and process improvements to reduce cycle times.

Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent with 10+ years of related experience and a strong driving record. Proficiency in safety rules, documentation, and problem solving is essential.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 10+ years related experience or 12 years combined education/experience.
• Advanced electronic and/or mechanical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operate and maintain manuals; write routine reports; communicate effectively.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Strong problem solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Repair complex electronic and/or mechanical equipment at component level.
• Travel to customer sites and communicate with customers.
• Design fixtures and perform warranty and root-cause analysis.
• Review standard repair processes and develop cycle time improvements.
• Set standards/methods for testing and manage required service reports.
