Job summary

ATS is a leading industrial maintenance company with a global presence. The role focuses on repairing complex electronic and mechanical equipment at the component level, performing product development, and analyzing warranty issues to identify root causes.

You will communicate with customers, build fixtures, and participate in ATS Culture Initiative, applying safety procedures and core values while contributing to continuous improvement in a factory setting.

Qualifications

• Must read/interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Write routine reports and correspondence; communicate with customers.
• Apply basic math and physics concepts to problems.

Responsibilities

• Repairs complex electronic and/or mechanical equipment and tooling at component level.
• Performs intermediate product development.
• Communicates with customers as necessary.
• Builds complex fixtures.
• Performs warranty analysis and develops root cause solutions.
• Processes required service report paperwork.
• Participates in ATS Culture Initiative; continually improves processes; quantitatively monitors processes; adheres to safety procedures.
