Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a skilled electronics technician to troubleshoot, repair, and analyze returned electronic products. The role supports continuous improvement through root-cause analysis, test system development, and collaboration with product teams, while mentoring less experienced technicians.

You will design, construct, and maintain test fixtures and systems, document troubleshooting protocols, and provide feedback for product design enhancements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or military electronics training or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in component-level troubleshooting and repair of electronics.
• Experience soldering fine-pitch SMT and through-hole PCB assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot failures and perform root-cause analysis on returned electronics.
• Perform component-level repairs on returned devices.
• Collect repair data and maintain a repair database.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
