Job summary

Integer is seeking a highly experienced maintenance professional for the 1st shift to perform electro-mechanical maintenance on production equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include modifying electrical systems, programming, troubleshooting, and supporting engineering and production teams while adhering to safety and quality standards. A minimum of 10 years’ maintenance experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school graduate or equivalent. Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum experience: 10 years maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing.
• Specialized knowledge: Refrigeration and mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, pneumatics & hydraulics, basic electrical, CMMS knowledge preferred.
• Special Skills: Strong communication, self-motivation, leadership, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to company values and safety, quality requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Performs electro-mechanical maintenance, service and repairs to production equipment.
• Supports manufacturing engineering and production floor needs.
• Writes and modifies machine programming for equipment and tests.
• Creates/ modfies electrical systems and documents design/ operation.
• Performs preventative and unscheduled maintenance; complex troubleshooting.
• Coordinates tasks of other technicians within the group.
