Job summary

Alleguard, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform electrical maintenance, repair, and servicing of production lines and related systems.

You will diagnose issues, read schematics, and coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to execute preventive and predictive maintenance in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 5–10 years in industrial electrical maintenance, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to multitask while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Industrial Electrical Maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and the NEC (National Electrical Code).
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, align, dismantle, and move equipment / production lines.
• Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts.
• Perform equipment change-over and production line set ups.
• Generate and complete work orders as assigned.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations.
• Follow and ensure all H&S processes daily.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the maintenance shop.
• Participate in improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair problems on machines and equipment.
• Work with Maintenance Manager to complete preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Keep updated records of work performed.
