Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing automated manufacturing equipment and production systems.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and industrial equipment maintenance.
• Demonstrated electrical troubleshooting skills, including reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, automation, and control system issues.
• Optimize equipment performance, changeover activities, and production setups for efficiency.
• Maintain spare parts inventories and coordinate procurement of replacements.
