Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production equipment maintenance or troubleshooting experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and working knowledge of pneumatics.
• Nice to have: PLCs, servos, industrial electronics, SMT equipment, AOI, reflow ovens, or semiconductor/electronics manufacturing experience.

Join a leading manufacturer of advanced power conversion technology supporting AI, data centers, aerospace, automotive, and other cutting-edge industries.

We're looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Line Technician to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize automated production equipment.

Onsite in Andover, MA

Pay: $25-$33Hr.

Shifts Available

• 2nd Shift: 3 PM–11 PM | 2 openings | 12.5% differential
• 3rd Shift: 11 PM–7 AM, Sunday–Thursday | 1 opening | 20% differential
• Weekend 2nd Shift: 3 PM–11 PM Saturday and Sunday, plus three 2nd-shift slots during the week
