Qualifications

• Minimum ten years in a specialized discipline or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Experience with testing electronics boards and devices and developing advanced test methods.
• CAD proficiency (intermediate).
• Object oriented programming software (advanced).
• Analysis software (expert).
• Hardware and software debugging (expert).
• Industry standards mastery.
• Microsoft Office Suite (advanced).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Lead engineering development efforts for new projects with a multidisciplinary team.
• Lead proposal generation in response to RFIs & RFQs including technical summaries, cost assessments, and schedules.
• Lead development of new hardware prototypes to confirm manufacturability and performance.
• Lead the development of internal design requirements.
• Initiate and lead technical studies and projects.
• Assist with project management and business development activities.
