Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Engineer or Principal Engineer Electronics - Comms for an onsite role. Work may occur at Tinker AFB, OK, or other CA/FL locations with travel up to 25%. Must obtain a US Government Secret Clearance and Special Program Access (SAP) as required.

Position levels range from Engineer to Principal Engineer, with corresponding STEM degree and experience requirements. Responsibilities include SOW execution and avionics subsystem integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in STEM and 2+ years of experience for Engineer; Master's with no experience.
• Bachelor's in STEM and 5+ years for Principal Engineer; Master's with 3 years or PhD with no experience.
• Experience designing, configuring, and installing avionics subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Perform SOW management for COMMS avionics subsystems.
• Ensure supplier compliance with requirements and AV design.
• Document designs with schematics, diagrams, specs.
• Collaborate with subcontract engineers and stakeholders.
• Develop designs for obsolete hardware.
• Travel up to 25%.
• Ability to obtain US Government Secret Clearance.
• Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP).
