Qualifications

• Bachelor's in STEM with 2+ years of experience for Engineer level.
• Master's in STEM with no experience for Engineer level.
• Bachelor's in STEM with 5+ years of experience for Principal Engineer.
• Master's in STEM with 3 years of experience for Principal Engineer.
• PhD with no experience for Principal Engineer.
• Experience designing, configuring, and installing avionics subsystems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Performing and executing Statement of Work (SOW) as a Supplier/Subcontract Manager (SMT) Communications (COMMs) Avionics Subsystem(s).
• Manage program requirements to ensure supplier compliance with program and AV design, test, document and Avionics COMMs subsystems hardware requirements.
• Document designs using detailed schematics, diagrams, and specifications.
• Collaborate with Subcontract engineers and stakeholders to implement subsystem performance and environmental requirements.
• Work to develop design solutions for obsolete hardware.
• Travel up to 25%.
