• Decompose vehicle features and map to ECU subsystems in the DFMEA.
• Lead DFMEA sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Provide engineering guidance on failure modes and reliability.
• Execute DFMEA for new controllers as directed by the project lead.
• Draft and maintain DFMEA process guidelines for hardware teams.
