Overview:

We are seeking a talented Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components for various projects.

Brief Description of Job Duties:

• Present product design solutions to customers at technical design reviews.
• Design electrical systems at FPGA, board, and system levels. Support PWB layout activities.
• Create system, sub-system, interface, and protocol specifications from requirements.
• Support the creation of production and engineering test plans, test cases, and procedures.
• Supervise product integration, verification, and validation testing.

Job Requirements:

The applicant MUST have the following qualifications:

• BSEE with 10+ years of experience in electronic systems design and development.
• Systems engineering experience with hardware and software requirements development.
• Design experience with embedded GNSS and M-Code/SAASM GPS receivers.
• Network design experience including Ethernet and PTP.
• Experience designing embedded microprocessor systems.
• FPGA design experience using hardware description languages.
• Schematic capture experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Additional Desirable Experience:

• Sensor fusion design combining GPS and navigation sensors.
• Design and development of precise time and frequency reference systems.
• RF and low-noise design experience.
• EMC/EMI design experience.
• Design of embedded systems like SoC, SoM, & ASIC.
• Reliability engineering, including MTBF and FMECA.
• Security Clearance.
