Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical troubleshooting and experience with manufacturing or SMT.
• Ability to exercise good judgment in routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and processes equipment returned by customers for repair.
• Validates and documents corrective actions taken on returned equipment.
• Provides backup support for Lead Technician as needed.
• Identifies problems with products and procedures.
• Explains technical issues to internal and external customers.

Skills

Intermediate skill in Microsoft Windows and applications

Excellent soldering skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to read/interpret manufacturing drawings and schematic diagrams

Ability to use common hand tools

Expert level knowledge of troubleshooting a variety of products

Good interpersonal skills

Education
