Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Electronic Warfare (EW) team, supporting ESМ/EA/ECМ systems. You will work across the full product life cycle from concept to deployment, coordinating across disciplines to ensure robust system design and validation.

The role requires hands-on systems engineering experience, embedded devices expertise, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on systems engineering experience.
• Experience with ESM/EA/ECM in ground-based or aerial EW domains.
• Experience with embedded devices and SDRs.
• Experience with system requirements creation, traceability, verification and validation.
• Experience coordinating across disciplines to define and validate requirements.
• Experience leading program teams through system reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
• Excellent technical writing for white papers, proposals, trade studies, test plans and reports.
