Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 4+ years relevant work experience, OR an Associate’s degree in Electronics with 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret Clearance.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and performance testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic systems and subassemblies.
• Operate specialized test stations and equipment, with a focus on RF applications and TWT tuning.
• Perform automated testing and MPM/TX testing.
• Execute test procedures, accurately record data, and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and military standards.
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation and calibration records, adhering to safety and ESD protocols.
• Support root cause analysis of test failures, including data collection and implementation of corrective actions.
• Assist with environmental testing and system-level verification.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with safety, quality, and security standards.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. +.
• Must be available to work OT and possibly weekdays.
