Job summary

Active Security Consulting is seeking a Service Technician III to provide advanced service operations, diagnostics, and maintenance across multiple client environments. You will serve as a senior field service resource, ensuring system readiness and rapid response to service requests and outages.

This role includes scheduled on-site service hours, ownership of designated client environments, and a 24/7/365 on-call rotation, including potential 4-hour response windows for critical issues.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Completion of at least four industry certifications related to electronic security systems, networking, or systems integration.

Responsibilities

• System maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on integrated security systems.
• Serve as primary service technician for designated client sites with on-site hours and 24/7 on-call coverage.
• Manage service tickets, coordinate repairs, and ensure consistent service delivery across multiple facilities.
• Provide updates to clients and document repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO-9001, CMMI II, and DCAA.
