Job summary

NextGen Security is seeking an experienced electronic security service technician to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. The Senior Service Technician will service, maintain, troubleshoot, program, test and repair enterprise-level electronic security systems for healthcare, higher education, utilities, pharmaceutical, data centers, technology and oil & gas customers.

This role acts as a technical leader in the field, providing advanced support primarily for Access Control, Video

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years installing and maintaining enterprise-level security systems.
• Experience with access control and video management systems.
• Technical/electrical background and strong problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with local electronic security codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, troubleshoot, program, test and repair security systems.
• Lead advanced support for access control and video surveillance.
• Ensure systems operate reliably and maintain customer relations.
• Travel may be required and after-hours service calls.
