The position emphasizes training replacements and advancing into project management, with a strong emphasis on Lenel/Genetec environments and hands-on security system deployment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of general access control systems. Lenel and Genetec knowledge is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of electronic security systems and their on-site installation requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer focus and commitment to client satisfaction.
• 5–7 years experience in Physical/Electronic Security.

Responsibilities

• Follow and track project scheduling.
• Direct subcontractor and internal resource communications.
• Coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
• Read and apply written specs and drawings; maintain documentation.
• Perform installation and training on control systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain security systems for customers.
• Coordinate project activities with internal and external teams.
• Document and implement project changes.
• Complete final Test and Acceptance of security systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
