Job summary

The successful candidate will work with minimal supervision, provide daily updates to the project manager, and aim to train replacements for progression into project management.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of physical/electronic security experience.
• Working knowledge of access control systems; Lenel/Genetec preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organization, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow and track project scheduling.
• Direct subcontractor and internal resource communications.
• Manage and coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
• Read and understand specifications, drawings and controlling documents; maintain documentation.
• Perform installation and training on control systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain new and existing systems for customers.
• Coordinate project activities with internal and external parties.
• Document and communicate project changes and implement them.
• Ensure work aligns with policies, procedures and standards.
• Complete final Test and Acceptance of security systems.
