Job summary

i2G Systems leads the installation and management of advanced security solutions at client sites. The Lead Technician will oversee site activities, coordinate internal and external teams, and ensure successful project delivery.

You will read specifications, perform system tests, troubleshoot issues, and train replacements to enable future project growth and advancement into management roles. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Physical/Electronic Security Experience 5-7 Years

Responsibilities

• Follow and track project scheduling.
• Direct subcontractor, internal resource communications.
• Manage and coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
• Read and understand written specifications, drawings and controlling documents. Maintain current and accurate documentation of systems.
• Perform installation and training as required on implemented control systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain new and existing control systems for customers.
• Coordinate project activities with appropriate parties internally and externally.
• Document and communicate necessary project changes and subsequently implement the changes.
• Perform all work in a manner consistent with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete the final Test and Acceptance of security systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
