Job summary

i2G Systems in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Lead Technician to manage site installations and oversee security systems for new and existing clients. You will coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring project success, training replacements, and potential advancement into project management.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control installation and servicing.
• Familiarity with Lenel or Genetec platforms is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to document and report work.

Responsibilities

• Follow and track project scheduling.
• Direct subcontractor, internal resource communications.
• Manage and coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
• Read and understand written specifications, drawings and controlling documents. Maintain current and accurate documentation of systems.
• Perform installation and training as required on implemented control systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain new and existing control systems for customers.
• Coordinate project activities with appropriate parties internally and externally.
• Document and communicate necessary project changes and subsequently implement the changes.
• Perform all work in a manner consistent with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete the final Test and Acceptance of security systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
