The role requires deep expertise in access control, VMS, intrusion, and low‑voltage infrastructure, with leadership to program, configure databases, manage firmware, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic security systems including access control, CCTV/VMS, intrusion, and low‑voltage cabling with at least 3 years in enterprise-scale programming/integration.
• Ability to pass background checks as required by clients and policy.
• Willingness to work off hours/on call or during planned maintenance windows.
• Strong written and verbal communication with confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and commission complex electronic security installations.
• Lead system programming and database configuration; oversee firmware/patch lifecycle management.
• Validate compliance with retention and performance standards; ensure enterprise security alignment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to field staff; manage commissioning/closeout.
• Collaborate with Project Management and IT/Network Engineering for seamless integration.
