Johns Hopkins Medicine in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Service Supervisor – Electronic Security Systems to lead the service operations and technical oversight of enterprise electronic security and Public Safety systems.

This role serves as the primary operational authority for service delivery, coordinating between Public Safety, IT/Network Engineering, Facilities, clinical stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant security platforms across access control,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in electronic security systems.
• Driver's license and security installer license where required by state regulations.
• Ability to pass background checks and willingness to work off-hours or on-call.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with confidentiality and diplomacy.

• Lead service operations and technical oversight of electronic security systems.
