Job summary

This role serves as the primary operational authority for service delivery, coordinating between Public Safety, IT/Network Engineering, Facilities, clinical stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant security platforms across access control,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in electronic security systems.
• Driver's license and security installer license where required by state regulations.
• Ability to pass background checks and willingness to work off-hours or on-call.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with confidentiality and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead service operations and technical oversight of electronic security systems.
• Serve as liaison between Public Safety, IT/Network Engineering, Facilities, and vendors.
• Oversee enterprise access control, CCTV/VMS, intrusion, and other security platforms.
• Manage schedules, on-call rotations, and planned maintenance windows.
