Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent (Required).
Less than 2 years of experience in electronic security, low voltage cabling, IT support, or related field; or equivalent technical training through trade school, military service, or certifications (Required).
Driver's License 10000193 Upon Hire (Required).
Low voltage/security technician license if required by state/local regulations Upon Hire (Required).

Responsibilities

Assist with installation, maintenance, and support of security systems across the Johns Hopkins enterprise.
Perform routine field tasks and assist with system deployments.
Resolve basic hardware issues and support preventive maintenance.
Escalate more advanced programming or enterprise diagnostics to senior or lead technicians.
