• Experience supervising billing personnel.
• Expertise in electronic billing systems and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Advanced proficiency with Elite 3E billing software.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with billing analytics tools.
• Understanding of client billing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the electronic billing process from invoice generation through submission and payment tracking.
• Review e-bill submissions for accuracy against client billing requirements.
• Monitor billing workflows and address submission issues promptly.
• Ensure timely generation, distribution and resolution of invoices.
• Co-manage and mentor a team of billing professionals.
