IMRIS Imaging, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electromechanical Technician to join our on-site team at our Chaska, MN headquarters. The specialist will assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electromechanical medical devices, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.

Role requires independent work, mentorship, and collaboration with team members to keep production efficient. Five years’ related experience and an associates degree preferred. IPC/J-STD certification is a plus.

Qualificações

• Five years of related assembly/electromechanical experience preferred.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Proficient with electronics testing equipment and fasteners, lubricants, adhesives, and tools.
• Ability to interpret complex technical docs including schematics, assembly diagrams, and BOMs.

Responsabilidades

• Independently assemble, wire, program, test and package electromechanical assemblies to specifications.
• Conduct functional testing of systems, subassemblies, and components to QA standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair with minimal supervision.
• Document root causes of failures and update defect reports.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and technicians to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Participate in cross-training and develop SME knowledge across production areas.
