Job summary

TRIMEDX seeks an Imaging Engineer I to install, inspect, repair, calibrate, and verify the performance of medical imaging equipment across radiography, ultrasound, mammography, and related systems. The role requires familiarity with clinical equipment, adherence to regulatory standards, and collaboration with clinical staff and service teams.

Responsibilities include performance assurance, coordination with vendors, inventory control, and mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree in a technical/electronics field or equivalent experience.
• Certification in biomedical field preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform PA inspections, maintenance, and operation verification on imaging equipment.
• Repair, install, and calibrate complex imaging systems.
• Inform supervisors of repair status and unusual equipment situations.
• Coordinate with vendors and technicians to ensure service quality.
• Maintain equipment database and participate in regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and communicate with clinicians.
